How does Tenso inspect my package at tenso storehouse?
When your package arrives at our storehouse, we open your package and inspect the content. Then, we register package information according to your invoice and notify you of the package's arrival.
If your package was wrapped, we must remove the wrapping in order to inspect it. However, we do not re-wrap the package. We will ship your package (minus any additional wrapping) in the same condition as when it arrives at our storehouse.
