What will happen if a prohibited item is found during the inspection?
Tenso.com will notify you.
If Tenso is not able get in touch with you in a span of 90 days, we will discard your package.
If Tenso sells your package, this money will be used to pay the package custody fee.
Any remainder left over will be refunded to the customer.
