What will happen if I am not at home when package arrives?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left on your door. Please follow the instructions in the notice in order to receive your package. A post office's retention time may differ from country to country. After the allotted retention time, the package will be returned to the sender (Tenso.com).

You will be notified when the package returns to tenso.com. Please request to have your package reshipped. You will be charged for the re-shipment service fee and international delivery fee . If the package is left unclaimed at Tenso.com for more than 90 days, we will discard it by disposal or by other means.
