1. Please contact customer service at support@tenso.com and inform us of your situation as well as your EMS tracking number and package number..
2. Tenso.com will send you a copy of delivery form.
3. Please bring your ID and delivery form and visit the nearest central post office.
4. Please follow their instructions.
