It has been a week since my package was shipped but it has not arrived yet. What can I do?

If you do not receive your package within 1 week after you receive the “shipment completed” email, one of the following may have occurred:.

1. You are required to pay custom duty at customs
2. Your package has been returned because the you were not available at the time of it's delivery..

If you don't receive a notification regarding your absence or customs issues, your package may have been returned automatically. In such a case, please follow the procedure below:.


1. Please contact customer service at support@tenso.com and inform us of your situation as well as your EMS tracking number and package number..
2. Tenso.com will send you a copy of delivery form.
3. Please bring your ID and delivery form and visit the nearest central post office.
4. Please follow their instructions.
