What are the package restrictions to the consolidation service?
The following packages cannot be consolidated.
Packages that have been in the storehouse for over 14 days after arrival.
Packages weighing over 20kg.
Packages that are deemed too fragile or unfit due to their shape.
If Tenso.com decides to refuse consolidation for another reason aside from the aforementioned, Tenso.com will inform the customer about it.
