What is "Tenso address"?
"Tenso address" is your shipping address in Japan provided by us.
We manage our customers' packages by "membership number" that start with "TS". When you make an order at shopping websites, please make sure that you type your membership number at the end of your shipping address. (If your package does not have your membership number written on the address, you may not receive your package.)
