Before using our service, please make sure you have the following conditions.
When you use tenso address, please do not choose "cash on delivery" and "after payment" at Japanese shopping websites.
Do NOT choose after payment and cash on delivery(COD), because we are not able to make a payment on behalf of you.
In Japanese "after payment" and "cash on delivery(COD)" are written as "代引き", "後払い" or "送料着払い".
tenso.com will not accept products paid by cash on delivery at tenso storehouse.
In this case, customers may be charged for cancellation fee.
Do NOT choose after payment and cash on delivery(COD).
Examples include hair dressing, hair growers, anti-perspirants and gas canisters.
We are not able to ship spray cans abroad.
Please make sure that your items do not include any spray cans.
If you order frozen foods or chilled foods, they may get spoiled because of the temperature.
Therefore, Tenso.com will refuse to ship frozen and chilled foods.
Before ordering, please make sure your product is not a frozen or chilled food item.
Our forwarding agency, EMS, also will not ship lithium batteries, lithium-ion batteries, and products with the aforementioned batteries built-in.
The following products will not be shipped.
(1) lithium-metal batteries
(2) lithium-ion batteries
(3) products with built-in those batteries
Tenso.com will not process shipments containing prohibited items.
