Shipment Methods

EMS is used all over the world with a network of 120 countries.

Packages up to 30kg and a maximum length of up to 1.5m with an aggregate dimensions of up to 3.0m can be shipped via EMS.
However, please note that these limits may be lower depending on the country of destination, so please make sure to check your respective country's shipping restrictions.

Tenso.com now accepts these packages/products.
These packages will be shipped via services other than EMS. If your package arrives at our warehouse and we determine that the package cannot be shipped via EMS, our customer support team will contact you.
These pacakges will not be displayed on your My Page.

Depending on the product, the processing of your shipment can take some time.
Our customer support team will contact you with further information regarding shipping procedures, handling fees and the international shipment fee.

Please Note

If the product in question is an electronic device an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) may be necessary for international shipment.
In the event that an MSDS is required, Tenso.com will attempt to acquire the MSDS from the manfuacturer/seller.
Note however that if the manfuacturer/seller cannot or will not provide us with and MSDS, we may need to cancel your shipment.
