・With our service, users are able to calculate charges by using the “Estimate Tool” before they receive notification of the actual charges for use of the service.
* The Estimate Tool enables users to calculate charges on our website before they receive notification of the actual charges for use of the service.
* The amount calculated by the Estimate Tool may vary somewhat from the actual charge for use, for the following reasons:
● When the sender is the seller: When there is difference between the product weight posted by the seller and the weight measured at the warehouse of the Company (the weight measured at the warehouse of the Company will become the basis for the charge for use)
● When the sender is a resident in Japan: When there is difference between the weight measured upon shipping and the weight measured at the warehouse of the Company (the weight measured at the warehouse of the Company will become the basis for the charge for use)
・The charge for use will be available on MY PAGE as soon as the preparation for shipment is completed at the warehouse of the Company.
* We will not confirm the estimate with users. To ensure the fastest possible delivery of parcels to users, we will notify users only of the charge. As soon as the preparation for shipment is completed after a parcel arrives at the warehouse of the Company, we will ship it without confirming the shipment with the user.
■Delivery
・Users can track shipped parcels on MY PAGE.
・It is not possible to designate the arrival date and time or the shipment date.
■Shipping limit
・We accept all products that can be shipped overseas (excluding articles with a weight that cannot be sent by EMS).
Weight limit: 30kg
* When the weight or size is found to exceed the limit while processing the shipment, the parcel will be shipped in parts. (Separate charges will be incurred, based on the number of divided parcels.) ■Return and refund
Because of the nature of our services, we will not accept the return or exchange of goods. Please make arrangements directly with the seller as necessary.
All of the following costs will be charged to the user:
