From now on, whenever you make a purchase and wish to forward your items through Tenso.com, please use the new, updated Tenso address listed on your My Page.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
* To customers who currently have packages at our warehouse
If you are planning to consolidate a package which is being held at our warehouse with additional products you will purchase, please send those items to our new warehouse. Packages that arrive at our new warehouse will be registered as usual to your My Page and can be consolidated with other packages stored at our old warehouse.
* To customers who have recently made any purchases
Customers that have recently placed orders using our old warehouse's address will still have their packages registered as normal, so please don't worry. If you have any packages that are on their way to our old warehouse but also wish to purchase additional items and have them consolidated, please send those items to our new warehouse. Packages that arrive at our new warehouse will be registered to your My Page as usual and can be consolidated with packages at our old warehouse.
* Regarding future purchases
Package arrivals and consolidation requests will be processed during our usual hours of operation at both our new and old warehouse facilities for the next week (until 8/26).
However, regarding packages that will arrive at our previous warehouse (in Higashi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa, Tokyo) after the 27th, each respective shipping company will have to forward your package to our new warehouse, and thus your package's arrival may be delayed.
In addition, depending on the online store, they may want to verify your change of address before forwarding your package. In that case, please let the store know that your shipping address has been updated (to the new address displayed on your My Page).
