However, on Saturday, we only receive packages.
And, we will send the notification of your package arrival on the next Monday.

Tenso.com only uses EMS as our forwarding agency.
Our shipping service, EMS no longer allows shipment of lithium batteries, lithium-ion batteries and products with built-in those batteries. Subsequently, we as well, will not ship these items.

* We have made arrangements to receive all items bought until November 30th. Do not worry if you have purchased items before that date.
* After November 30th , all items sent to your old Tenso address will be returned to the delivery company. Please be aware of that matter.
