Tenso.com will inform you of the usage fee after checking and weighing packages.Tenso.com will not inform customers of the estimated usage fee beforehand. In order to provide quick service, tenso.com will only provide payment information for arrived packages. After customers submit the payment, tenso.com will ship the package to the customer.
By using "calculation tools", customers can calculate the estimated usage fee before receiving a notice from tenso.com.
Note: There may be a difference between the estimated and the actual usage fee.

Packages that are within the weight and size limitation for international shipping will be processed but.
those over the size and weight limitation will not.
Weight Limitation: less than 30kg
Packages over the weight limit of 30kg will be shipped separately and tenso.com will charge the customer for each package. |

The customer will be responsible for following charges.
