- Shipping your products overseas.
Your products will be delivered to Tenso’s storehouse in Japan. When you pay international shipping fee, tenso.com will send your product overseas to you.
Please do NOT choose cash/collect on delivery or credit card payment on delivery as payment methods when purchasing items for shipment to our warehouse as we do not accept such packages. Please choose credit card payment as your payment method.
The above payment methods may be displayed in the payment method field in Japanese as
“代引き” or “代金引換” “着払い” “後払い” “eコレクト” or “クロネコ＠ペイメント”.
Please note that such packages will be rejected when they arrive at the warehouse and that the shopping website may charge a cancellation fee.
