Since JP Post has stopped shipping to the USA, for shipment to USA, only DHL and ECMS are available now. However, some items cannot be shipped by DHL or ECMS. For packages containing those items, international shipment will not be available.

Japan Post has announced that, effective Wednesday, August 27, 2025, it will temporarily suspend the acceptance of mail items addressed to the United States.

Furthermore, even parcels for which shipping procedures via Japan Post have been completed prior to the suspension are highly likely to be returned to Japan.
Therefore, if you wish to ship to the United States, we strongly recommend using DHL or ECMS instead.

In light of this situation, Tenso.com will also suspend the acceptance of shipments to the United States via Japan Post (EMS, AIR small packets, AIR international parcels, and Surface international parcels) from Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

A: No.

Q: What should I do if I have already used the old number to place a pre-order item?
A: Basically, if your order has been confirmed by the shop and you have put your entire tenso address correctly, the package should have arrived at tenso warehouse.

Q: Can I use the new number even it is not December 1st yet?
A: Actually, you may use the new number to place the order as long as your order has been confirmed and your tenso address has been entered correctly.

Q: About the saved tenso shipping info in the past order at other website, should I edit the phone number as well?
