미국행 800달러 이하 수입품에 적용되던 면세 혜택(De Minimis 제도) 중단에 따라, 2025년 8월 28일 08:00 JST (2025년 8월 27일 19:00 ET)부터 미국 및 그 해외 영토(푸에르토리코, 사이판, 괌)로 향하는 DHL, ECMS를 관세 선납(DDP) 서비스로 전환하였습니다.

고객님께서 안심하고 서비스를 이용하실 수 있도록, 또한 통관 시 발생할 수 있는 추가 관세 청구나 절차로 인한 영향을 최소화하기 위해, 지금까지는 인보이스 금액의 20%를 선납 관세율로 일괄 적용해 왔습니다.

그러나, 최근 일·미 간 관세 협의에서 「기존 관세+15%」에서 「기존 관세와 15% 중 높은 쪽」을 적용하는 방식으로 변경하기로 합의되었으며, 실제로 이 방식이 운영되고 있음이 확인되었습니다. 이를 바탕으로, 아래 일시부터 선납 관세율을 일괄 인보이스 금액의 15.5%로 변경합니다.

2025년 9월 17일 17:00 JST (2025년 9월 17일 04:00 ET)

Japan Post has announced that, effective Wednesday, August 27, 2025, it will temporarily suspend the acceptance of mail items addressed to the United States.

Furthermore, even parcels for which shipping procedures via Japan Post have been completed prior to the suspension are highly likely to be returned to Japan.
Therefore, if you wish to ship to the United States, we strongly recommend using DHL or ECMS instead.

In light of this situation, Tenso.com will also suspend the acceptance of shipments to the United States via Japan Post (EMS, AIR small packets, AIR international parcels, and Surface international parcels) from Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Q: Do I have to edit the new number at my tenso account?
A: No.

Q: What should I do if I have already used the old number to place a pre-order item?
A: Basically, if your order has been confirmed by the shop and you have put your entire tenso address correctly, the package should have arrived at tenso warehouse.

Q: Can I use the new number even it is not December 1st yet?
A: Actually, you may use the new number to place the order as long as your order has been confirmed and your tenso address has been entered correctly.

Q: About the saved tenso shipping info in the past order at other website, should I edit the phone number as well?
A: Yes. Since the old number is no longer active after Dec 1st, please remember to update the phone number into the new one before Dec 1st.
