For customers using EU-issued credit cards, there will be an authentication process at the time of payment.
As of September 2019, due to modifications with the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), for applicable EU settlement service orders, the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is required.For more information, please refer to the link below:
Due to the changes mentioned above, when paying with the corresponding credit card, the payment will be completed after entering the one-time password at the time of settlement, or by entering the password registered at the time of the credit card issuance.
1. Click on the [Confirm order/Confirm payment] button on the payment confirmation screen.
2-1. An Enter Password screen will appear.
2-2. Alternatively, you will receive a one-time password to the e-mail address registered to the credit card company or the registered mobile phone number.
3. Once you have entered the Password/One-time password, the payment will be completed.
