 Am I only able to send packages to the address I submitted for identity verification?

Based on Japanese law, the first package in your account must be sent to the registered address for verification.
After you receive the first package at the registered address, you may add a new shipping information by clicking "My Page-Shipping Address".

*If you are not able to receive packages at the registered address, please contact tenso customer service for assistance.
