 Should I inform Tenso.com after I have purchased an item?

You don't need to contact tenso.com after placing the order.

Considering you enter the correct tenso number (TSID) and registered name, the package will be registered to your account after the arrival.
Keep in mind the weight and commodity inspection takes 2 business days after arriving at the warehouse. A notification email of package information will be sent to you after the process and you can also check it on My Page-Package Info.
