 How will my package be tracked once it has been shipped from the retailer? Where will my package's tracking number be displayed?

After packages are dispatched, the sender may send you notification email that includes tracking number, carrier, dispatch date, or tracking link.

You may check whether the package has arrived at tenso.com by entering tracking number on the tracking link. If you haven't received tracking number from the sender, please contact them for more details.
