 My package was returned. What is the next step?

Once the returned package arrives at our warehouse, we notify you by an email.
Please kindly wait until we receive it for you.

In case you are not sure about why your package was returned, please let us know. We will file a report to JP post to conduct investigation.
If the package was mistakenly returned, compensation would be paid to you.


If your package was sent back by the Customs, we are afraid that we cannot help you file a repor to JP post.
