What will happen if my package arrives outside the working hours of the Tenso.com warehouse?
Generally, logistics companies deliver packages to us during our business hours.
If the package is delivered by the shop instead of the logistics company, please designate the delivery time within working hours.
Working hours at tenso warehouse are Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 JST (Closed weekends & holidays).
*Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are only for receiving packages.
