 I have purchased a prohibited item. What should I do?

If the shop hasn't dispatched your order, please contact them to cancel the shipment.

If the package has already been dispatched or arrived at tenso, you can contact us to return the package to the shop. We'll also notify you of the prohibited item by email when it has arrived at the warehouse.

If you would like to return the package, please check with the shop about acceptance of returns.
