Packages with either of conditions below cannot be applied for consolidation service.

- Package which has been stored at tenso warehouse more than 30 days
- Total weight that is more than 30kg
- Subtotal (Declared value) exceeds 200,000 JPY
- Package that is not suitable for being consolidated with other packages, such as fragile items, irregular shaped product
- Item with subtotal(Declared value) 0 JPY (Please enter the actual value of the product and apply for consolidation)

If packages cannot be consolidation due to other reason, we will notify you by email.
