I can only input Japanese letters on the reatailer's website, so I cannot make a purchase with my registered name.
On some online stores, it is only possible to input text in Japanese, which may make it imposssible to type in your registered Tenso name.
If this is the case, please send customer support the Japanese name you used to purchase the item, as well as the package's tracking number.
tenso.com will check the delivery status of your item before adding the Japanese name to your User Information.
