 What do I do if the package arrives in a damaged state?

The following documents and photos are required if the package has been damaged while being delivered to you.

(1) Photos of the package (Outer packaging, all of the items, especially the damaged one)
(2) Damage report in CN24 format (If the destination is the USA, the format is PS2856)
(3) Order confirmation of all the items that shows the price (Circle the damaged items)

We will file a claim to Japan Post once received the information from you.
