 I only have one package, but why I only can apply for consolidation?

If you haven't added payment method, you are not able to select the shipping method and pay for international shipping fee on My Page-Package Info.

Please go to [My page]-[Payment Method] to add a payment method.

If you have trouble adding payment method or making payment, the reason might be as follows.

1. Wrong credit card information entered (card number, cardholder name, card security code, expiration date ,etc.)
2. Credit card has expired
3. Browser problem
Please use a different browser and try again
